Marinated Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large stalks raw broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. golden raisins, blanched (plunge for a few seconds in boiling water)
    10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cut broccoli flowerets into bite size pieces and wash thoroughly.
    Drain well.
    Add onion, raisins and bacon.
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese, sugar and vinegar.
    Toss the 2 mixtures and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
