Mock Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. instant coffee
5 to 6 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1/5 vodka
1 vanilla bean

Preparation

Combine coffee, sugar and water. Cool. Add vodka and vanilla bean.
Pour into glass jug or bottle. Age for 30 days.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
