Peach Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh peaches
9-inch pie crust
2 to 3 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Place halves of fresh peaches on 9-inch unbaked pie shell, cut side up.
Beat egg slightly; add sugar and flour.
If you like cinnamon or nutmeg, add a sprinkle.
Pour peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until custard is set.
