Pluckett(Sweet Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk, cooled
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and cool ingredients to lukewarm.
    Crumble 2 cakes of yeast into the mixture.
    Add 2 beaten eggs and 4 1/2 cups flour. Mix to a soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board and knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl and cover with damp cloth.
    Let rise until double (about 2 hours).
    Punch down and let stand 10 minutes.
