Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white cake mix
1/2 water called for on box
same amount of eggs
3 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
Preparation

Stir together the first 3 ingredients.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Put on top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. This is like an upside-down cake.
