Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter and peanut butter.
Add sugar and egg.
Add dry ingredients.
Form into balls the size of walnuts and place on greased pan. Flatten with floured fork, making crisscross patterns.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Makes 4 dozen.
