Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-bran cereal
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 1/2 c. flour (white or wheat)
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all-bran cereal, raisins, hot water and oil.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Add to mixture the eggs, buttermilk and molasses. Stir into wet mixture the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in muffin tins for 20 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
