Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. pineapple, cut in small pieces
    1 (3 oz.) cake cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. oranges, cut in small pieces
    10 marshmallows, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
    1/3 c. nut meats, cut fine
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in double boiler.
    Add pineapple juice and cook 3 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cream cheese with 2 tablespoons cream.
    Add lemon juice, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows, cherries, nuts and mayonnaise to cooled mixture.
    Whip 1 cup cream.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour into freezing tray.
    Freeze until firm. Cut into wedges.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
