Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. rice (Mahatma)
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    Melt margarine and slightly saute onions.
    Place all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Yield: 8 servings.
