Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 1/2 hands moist bread crumbs
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    onion
    1 qt. crab meat
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk; heat on stove until thick.
    Beat egg; add with bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and chopped onion to crab meat.
    Mix in flour mixture.
    Prepare into cakes.
    Dip in bread crumbs.
    Must be made ahead of time and put in the refrigerator until you are ready to deep fry the cakes.
