Wedding Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
Confectioners sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Roll by hand into balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Place confectioners sugar on wax paper. Remove cookies from oven and roll in sugar. Let cool; roll in sugar two additional times.
