Favorite Pimiento Cheese From Bluegrass Winners Book - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. hot dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 to 2 cloves garlic (small), crushed
    8 oz. Colby grated cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix well with beater, adding cheese last.
    Beat until smooth. Makes 4 cups.
