Phyllis' Parmesan Tater Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Wash and quarter potatoes.
    Put in cold water.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Put potatoes and dry mixture in a bag and coat.
    Lay potatoes in melted margarine and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once.
