Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and sliced tart apples
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and apples in a large mixing bowl.
    Set aside for a few minutes.
    Mix dry ingredients with apples.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 50 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Top with frosting or Cool Whip.
