Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 slices bread, cut in quarters
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. half and half
    9 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion in skillet.
    Combine with entire ingredients and pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
