Cup Custards - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
4 level Tbsp. sugar
milk
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar and enough milk to fill 4 to 5 custard cups.
Dust nutmeg on top.
Place in pan of hot water in a medium oven for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Makes 4 to 6 cups, depending on size of eggs.
