Night Before Breakfast Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) roll Jimmy Dean sausage
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    1 pkg. English muffins (6)
Preparation
    Chop all sausage and fry; drain meat.
    Wipe out excess oil from pan.
    Return cooked sausage to pan.
    Top with sliced cheese. Cover; allow cheese to melt on low heat.
    Stir.
    Split muffins and place on a cookie sheet.
    Spread sausage and cheese mixture on top of muffin halves.
    Place in refrigerator, uncovered, for 2 to 3 hours.
    After set, put in Ziploc freezer bag.
    When ready to eat, bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
