Nine Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head lettuce, shredded
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can drained peas
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced radishes
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
bacon bits
may add tomatoes if you wish
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch pan, put layer of lettuce and add other vegetables in layers on top of lettuce.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar.
Spread over top.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
Put chopped tomatoes on top if you wish.
Chill and serve.
