Turkey And Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. turkey, chopped
2 c. ham, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. cream
3 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put turkey and ham into a large mixing bowl.
In heavy saucepan or skillet, melt butter and cook onion and parsley until onion is limp.
Turn off heat and stir in croutons or bread crumbs, tossing to mix.
Pour in chicken broth and add the whole mixture to the turkey and ham.
Sprinkle in seasonings, cream and eggs; mix lightly, but well.
