Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cans condensed milk (14 oz. each)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

To make caramel, cook sugar on low heat until brown and thick, then cool.
Break eggs without making foam.
Mix 2 cans of milk with one can water and add eggs without mixing.
Add vanilla and salt.
Strain over caramel pot.
Cook in double boiler for 1 hour.
