White Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. chicken stock
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. milk
onion salt
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour until smooth.
Cook and stir 1 minute more.
Gradually whisk in stock and milk until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir until sauce thickens and bubbles for one minute.
