Oven-Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. catfish or snapper fillets
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dip fillets into eggs.
    Lightly coat with bread crumbs. Arrange fish in a single layer on a well-greased shallow baking pan.
    Combine batter and lemon juice; drizzle over fish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
