Oyster Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 doz. oysters (two 12 oz. cans)
    1 small can condensed milk
    1 small onion, diced
    saltine crackers
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. diced celery
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in oil.
    Grease large casserole dish with butter.
    Layer with crackers, half of oysters, celery, onion and part of butter.
    Sprinkle pepper over this.
    Blend 2 eggs with chicken soup and milk.
    Pour half of mixture over layers.
    Repeat layers again.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Beat 2 eggs.
    Remove the casserole from oven and top with eggs.
    Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
