Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained and reserve 1/4 c. juice
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 c. diced cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, brown sugar, flour and crackers and half the cheese.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese and reserved juice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until cheese it thoroughly melted.
