Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
3 eggs
16 oz. can cream corn
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sharp cheese
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup oil.
Pour 1/4 cup oil into pan or an iron skillet works best.
Preheat pan or skillet and pour batter into hot grease.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
