Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar chopped pimento (optional)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Drain cooked squash and mash.
    Add soup, sour cream, onion and pimento.
    Mix stuffing and margarine.
    Put a layer of crumb mixture in the bottom of a large 8 x 11-inch casserole.
    Pour in squash mixture.
    Top with rest of the crumb mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
