Coffee Can Bread(Makes Two 1 Pound Cans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (110~)
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in water and let stand 15 minutes or until foamy looking.
    Add other ingredients.
    Combine with a mixer until too stiff.
    Add rest of flour; knead into smooth ball (5 minutes).
    Divide in half.
    Grease coffee cans and plastic lids.
    Put dough in cans.
    Let rise until lids pop off.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bottom sounds hollow.
