Forty Percent Bran Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. quite warm water
1 tsp. white sugar
1 1/2 c. 40% bran flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. soft shortening (1 stick oleo at room temperature)
2 c. boiling water
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. dry milk
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
around 8 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Add baking powder to the first few cups of flour.
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and stir.
