Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. celery
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    Ritz cracker crumbs or French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Drain vegetables and chestnuts.
    Mix all ingredients, except butter and crackers; pour into a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and butter that have been mixed together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
