Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts (whole)
    1 1/2 sticks soft butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 Tbsp. minced onion or shallots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    After depositing lobster into boiling water, return water to boiling.
    Cook 6 to 7 minutes per pound.
    Make certain not to overcook so fat does not escape into the water.
