Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 can flaked coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add milk and flour, blending well; add coconut.
Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
