Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. raw shrimp, shelled
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 to 5 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Pat shrimp dry.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Add shrimp and green onion.
    Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 5 minutes.
    Blend in parsley, lemon peel and dash of hot sauce.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
