Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising meal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all and bake in prepared skillet or 8- or 9- inch square pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
