Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. potato slices
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter, stir in soup and tomatoes and mix well.
    Place thinly sliced potatoes in baking dish and cover with the soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are done.
    When done, cover with cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
