Roast Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 can beef consomme
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    5 oz. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Marinate roast, brisket (up to 5 pounds) overnight.
    Roast in a covered pan approximately 1 hour per pound at 300\u00b0 or in a crock-pot until tender.
    Vegetables cooked along with the meat are wonderful.
