Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Stir in sugars, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
Combine all dry ingredients and stir into zucchini mixture.
Stir in nuts.
