Microwave Chicken And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 c. onion, thinly sliced (1 large)
    1 (9 to 10 oz.) pkg. green beans, thawed in pkg.
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 oz. V-8 juice (no salt)
Preparation
    Layer sliced potatoes in large glass casserole dish.
    Season with 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Cover and microwave on Full power for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Layer onion and green beans on top of potatoes. Cover and microwave on Full power for 5 minutes.
    In the meantime, in a small bowl, mix tomatoes, Worcestershire, remaining pepper and garlic powder.
    Layer cooked chicken and tomato mixture on top of vegetables.
    Cover and microwave for 15 to 18 minutes on Medium power.
    Let stand 5 to 6 minutes before serving.
