Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 very ripe bananas
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. water
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream sugar, salt, egg and butter.
Mix the soda and water together.
Add to the creamed mixture.
Beat well.
Add bananas and flour and mix.
Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted comes clean.
