Apple-Peanut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
juice of 1 orange
1 c. shredded raw apple
Preparation

Mix
flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Cream shortening, sugars
and
egg together.\tCombine with flour mixture and\torange juice.
Blend well.
Add raisins, nuts, apples and orange rind. Bake in loaf pan at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
