Ruby'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 green bell peppers
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. canned tomatoes or more if needed
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds, etc.
    Parboil peppers in lightly salted water about 2 minutes.
    Cook rice by directions on box.
    Mix ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and tomatoes.
    Stuff peppers.
    Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
