Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 large carton sour cream
1 large bag crushed potato chips (save 1/2 c. to sprinkle on the top)
1/2 c. almond slices
Preparation

Cook chicken, bone and cut into small pieces.
Butter 13 x 11-inch glass dish.
Line the bottom of the dish with the meat. Mix all of the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over the meat. Sprinkle chips on top (optional).
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
