Grandpa Gilbertson'S Prune Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs (whole)
    3 lb. sugar (6 3/4 c.)
1 pt. prune juice (other fruit juice will work as well)
1 pt. prune pulp, cut up fine (also may use any other cooked fruit)
    1 pt. milk
    1 lb. margarine, melted
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    4 tsp. soda
    3 lb. flour (12 c.)
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
The way I mix it (Grandpa), I put eggs, sugar, juice, pulp, milk and vanilla and beat these just so they are well mixed. Sift in 2/3 of the flour and all soda.
    Put in lukewarm margarine.
    Put in rest of flour.
Mix gently; do not beat too much. This recipes makes 7 loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and take out of pans.
