Judi'S Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spread cream cheese in pie pan; cover with chili.
    Sprinkle scallions and green pepper on top.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
