Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/2 can Angel Flake coconut or 3 oz. frozen
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Mix usual way.
    Cream Crisco and sugar well.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add slowly with milk to cream mixture.
    Add coconut and flavoring.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Don't open oven until time is up.
    Place on bottom rack of oven to cook.
