Cheese And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. 3 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk (1 can)
    10 eggs
    1 1/3 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. Accent
    3 (4 oz.) cans of mushrooms
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Saute onion, butter and mushrooms.
    Add flour and mix well until smooth.
    Add rest of ingredients into 9-inch pie plate using Pillsbury pie crust and bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
    For variation, you can use less mushrooms and add fresh veggies!!
