Breakfast Or Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1 1/2 to 3 c. sausage, cut in pieces and browned
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put bread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with cheese, sausage and mushrooms.
    Mix eggs, milk, onion and dry mustard.
    Pour this mixture over other ingredients; chill overnight.
    Mix together one can mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over chilled mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
