Coach'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 small jars baby food carrots
1 1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
