Yam Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 2/3 c. mashed, cooked or canned yams
Preparation
    Mix flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt.
    Set aside. Combine eggs, milk and oil in large bowl.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add yams; beat until well blended.
    Add dry mixture, stirring only until moistened.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with butter.
