Molded Cranberry Waldorf Salad(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. low calorie cranberry juice
1 (4 oz. serving) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
2 small unpared apples, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Bring 1 cup cranberry juice to boil; stir in gelatin.
Add remaining juice and salt.
Chill until partially set.
Stir in apple and celery.
Yield:
4 servings.
