Five O'Clock Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. sugar
3 c. warm water
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. melted shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
10 c. flour
Preparation

Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water; let stand 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix together; knead into a soft dough, barely holding its shape.
Punch down every hour until 10 o'clock (5 P.M. to 10 P.M.).
Shape and place on greased pans. Cover with cloth and plastic bag.
Bake early next morning at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
